Visiting hours

Important information for White Plains Hospital visitors

Our visitation policy allows two visitors at a time. Visitors are allowed between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. daily; ages 12+ (12-17 years old to be accompanied by an adult).

Visitors must wear a mask in all patient care areas.

Exceptions may apply for parents visiting the NICU; pediatric patients; patients in palliative care; and those with special needs, being discharged or needing a support person.

ID will be required at check-in. Upon entering the lobby, visitors will be screened for temperature and asked a series of questions to rule out exposure. These questions include travel history, as per the Governor's latest guidelines. Please check the New York State Travel Advisory website prior to traveling to make sure you are up-to-date on the latest testing and quarantine requirements.

Visitors who do not adhere to the above guidelines will be asked to leave.

In addition, patients coming to our physician offices and for outpatient testing and procedures may have one companion.

Please note the Hospital policies for Maternity, Labor & Delivery, and the Neonatology Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
