Not only did she call me back sooner than expected, but she made me feel at ease and hopeful. She was able to process my financial assistance application and my bill dropped tremendously. Her exceptional customer service is what will continue to allow me to visit White Plains Hospital. I am extremely grateful for her service and her incredibly hopeful spirit.
