The addition provides a comfortable space for family members to rest while patients are being cared for, as well as for staff to rest and meet with colleagues and family members.

2019

New Family Health Center

In partnership with St. Vincent's Hospital/Westchester, this new, 18,000-square-foot Family/Behavioral Health Center (FHC/BHC) supports an integrated approach to address the high prevalence of mental illness in people with chronic diseases. The building was designed to accommodate patients of all ages, maximize patient privacy and provide ample space for exceptional clinical care.

2020

Renovated Emergency Department entry & waiting room

The Emergency Department redesign supports a team-based and split-flow care model, allowing staff to quickly assess patients coming into the ED and determine the most effective care path to efficiently treat and discharge.

2021

Center for Advanced Medicine & Surgery

The Center for Advanced Medicine & Surgery (CAMS) is White Plains Hospital's newest and largest dedicated outpatient facility. CAMS provides our community with access to highly specialized, advanced outpatient care and an exemplary patient experience.

Updated and expanded ICU

White Plains Hospital's redesigned state-of-the-art 12-bed intensive care unit (ICU) expands ICU capacity at the Hospital and allows the most medically vulnerable patients to receive the life-saving care they need in a more advanced setting. As the Hospital continues to add more advanced services, including cardiac and neurointerventional surgery, the expansion of critical care has been essential to support the growing number of patients with complex needs.
