The White Plains Hospital staff from greeting, to admitting, and patient intake was friendly and supportive of our situation from arrival through departure.

Today, my petrified 9 year old was soothed by 2 darling nurses, Daisy and Stacy. My daughter had to give 9 vials of blood and had 2 prior bad experiences at two other hospitals. Daisy and Stacy were absolutely wonderful at calming a hysterical child and effectively drawing the blood without any pain. They spoke to my child calmly and with respect and patience as they distracted her with positive conversation and supportive encouragement. My daughter was so thankful and so was I. We could not have done it without the support of Daisy and Stacy. Additionally, the White Plains Hospital staff from greeting, to admitting, and patient intake was friendly and supportive of our situation from arrival through departure. They surely turned our frowns upside down!
