On Thursday 4/18 my wife, Sheila Palmesi was transferred to your CCU from Northern Westchester Hospital, mainly for the reputation of your Cath lab. She was on a ventilator due to anaphylaxis/angioedema which also caused a possible heart issue.

The treatment that she and our family received while she was there was beyond outstanding. Nurse David and Nurse Chrissy went above and beyond to keep her as comfortable as possible and keep us informed even at the end of a long shift. Dr Hani and Dr Matejak took their time with us and answered all of our questions. There were many more people – Dr's, Nurses, Tech's, Pa's and others, names of which I can't remember, that were all equally as good.

A trying and stressful time for us was made bearable by your fantastic staff and they should all be commended. Thankfully, Sheila is well on the road to recovery.
