My father has Alzheimer's and has recently developed several other complications, with the result that my family and I have visited the WPH Emergency Room several times.. Although we have not interacted with the same person twice, we have had an exceptional experience every time.

Throughout our visits, the staff has been professional, responsive, compassionate, knowledgeable and flexible. I have spent enough time in the waiting room to know that they treat each situation as unique, doing their best to honor different perspectives and situations.

This is the only hospital my father will willingly visit without a fight. Even with Alzheimer's, my father feels and knows that he is in good hands. Keep up the good work! And please send a big thanks to the entire Emergency Room crew, letting them know that each kindness really matter to us and, I am sure, to many more.
