I was brought to the Hospital after falling and suffering injuries to my face and hip. The bleeding would not stop because I am on blood thinners. The staff in the ICU, including techs Nicolette and Jayrise, Jeanne, the overnight nurse, and especially Lena, who looked after me during the day, were great. I also want to commend Physician Assistant Jen Niz. She took the time to explain what was happening to me and really helped me understand my injuries. May God bless them all!
