I went to the emergency room on December 26th for an emergency appendectomy. The ER nurse, Ria, was awesome. She was super nice, professional, knowledgeable, and really ran the show there. She explained everything really well and hustled to get us into surgery so that we were in and out in less than 24 hours. Christina, the night nurse, and the day nurse were excellent as well, and Dr. Zemon was very pleasant and reassuring. Everyone we encountered, from the valet to the security guard, to the cleaning people and other staff, were dedicated and supportive.
