I would like to recognize and thank Silvia Mendoza from Dr. Levy’s team in Hematology for her quick and effective action. Silvia was able to help me when I desperately needed iron transfusions. She very quickly bridged that gap by letting me know exactly what I would need to provide and finding an open spot to get the care I needed.

She has also been instrumental in follow-ups, ensuring that I was booked into infusions as soon as possible. In every case, she has followed-up to make sure I had what I needed and that things were progressing, leaving no details behind. This means the world to any patient.
