White Plains Hospital Center's Gold Key concierge health care service assists you in managing your health.  Membership includes a wide range of personalized wellness programs and in-hospital services and amenities.  They include:

Concierge Personnel Available 24/7
A member of our Gold Key concierge team is always available to assist you at any time of the day or night.  Personalized support with medical needs - including assistance with appointment scheduling, arrangement of physician house calls, and 24-hour pharmacy services delivered to your door wherever you are - is just a phone call away.  You will also receive a cell phone number for a Gold Key program physician.

VIP Valet Parking
Our complimentary Valet Parking is available to you whenever you come to White Plains Hospital Center.

In-Patient Room Amenities
If admission to White Plains Hospital Center is necessary, we offer private hospital rooms fully equipped with amenities for your comfort including: welcome basket, internet access, bathrobe, daily newspaper delivery, complimentary television and phone service, fresh flowers in your room, gourmet food selections when permitted by attending physician, and meals served on fine china.  Business services - including photocopying, fax, and notary - are also available.  Our staff will make hotel arrangements for your visiting family and friends.

Escorted Emergency Room Registration & Coordinated Testing
In the event that you need emergency care, we will meet you upon arrival and accompany you through the Emergency Room registration process.  Our staff will then coordinate every aspect of your care including scheduling of tests and procedures.  We will continue to do so if you are admitted to the hospital.

Please be aware that each and every patient who comes to White Plains Hospital Center receives the same high level of quality care.  Therefore, patients in the Hospital will be seen on the basis of medical need.  Priority is not guaranteed by this program.

Collaboration with Forme Health & Fitness and Joy Bauer Nutrition
Forme Health & Fitness will provide a comprehensive evaluation to identify muscular or orthopedic problems that keep you from enjoying an active lifestyle.  Physical therapy or a home exercise program will be recommended if medically necessary.  Gold Key members will also receive an initial nutritional assessment with Joy Bauer Nutrition.

Comprehensive Physical Exam & Electronic Medical File
Gold Key membership includes your annual comprehensive care examination.  You will receive a report on a flash drive for you to keep and share with other physicians or emergency providers.  This personal electronic medical file will include results of lab tests as well as EKGs and imaging studies.  We will work collaboratively with your insurance plan.
