White Plains Hospital Center's state-of-the-art Radiology Department - the busiest among community hospitals in Westchester County- is able to perform complex tests and emergency procedures 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Our Radiology Department ranks among the best in Westchester, and provides a wide variety of services to patients across Westchester County and the New York Metropolitan area. White Plains Hospital Center's Radiology Department utilizes state-of-the-art equipment with board-certified Radiologists to provide our patients with the highest quality care possible.

Our top-notch physicians use advanced testing and procedures to ensure the most precise results. WPHC's Radiologists perform CT scans, including the use of advanced 64-slice CT scan; MRI's or Magnetic resonance imaging ; Positron Emission Tomography or PET scans ; Nuclear Medicine  testing such as bone scans, SPECT (Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography), thyroid scans, and lung scans; Nuclear Cardiology procedures; and Women's Imaging services  such as digital mammography, breast ultrasound, pelvic ultrasound, breast MRI, and breast and thyroid biopsies. In order to provide quality care with convenience, WPHC has two sites for women's imaging services, the Breast Imaging Department located within the Hospital and the Women's Imaging Center at Rye Brook in Rye Brook, New York.
