Cancer Program
Welcome to the Cancer Program at White Plains Hospital Center, home to the Dickstein Cancer Treatment Center and your circle of care during the often overwhelming and emotional time following a cancer diagnosis. Initially accredited in 1993, we are approved by The American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer as a Community Comprehensive Cancer Program. We were one of only thirty-one hospitals in the United States to receive the Commission’s Outstanding Achievement Award in 2006.
As the leading regional cancer facility, the WPHC Cancer Program provides patients with the best care available in an easily accessible setting. Your circle of care is complete cancer care—the only kind of care you will find at The Cancer Program at White Plains Hospital Center.

Our Cancer Services and Resources Because health and well-being are essential for both cancer patients and families, we strive to meet your physical and psychosocial needs by combining state-of-the-art diagnostic treatment technologies, surgical techniques, and professional expertise with a compassionate, respectful, and personal approach to patient care.
