Other responsibilities include acting as a liaison between our Clinical Research Coordinator and potential candidates for our newly launched free Lung Cancer Screening Program. The program is designed to help detect early lung cancer in high risk individuals. In addition, we offer other services to our patients such as social and support services through The American Cancer Society. I coordinate with patient navigators from the association to reach out to our patients. This can be conducted via a phone interview or a scheduled face-to-face encounter.
We strive to provide the best care and resources for our patients at White Plains Hospital.
