Physician Assistant and Lung Cancer Navigator
Kimberly Marino PA-C has been a Physician Assistant for 19 years and has over 15 years of oncology experience. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from St. John's University and her Physician Assistant degree from Bayley Seton Hospital. Mrs. Marino is board certified and credentialed with the National Commission of Physician Assistants. She is also a member of NYSSPA and AAPA.
As a Thoracic Physician Assistant, her function is to provide care for our patients when they are in the hospital or when they are being seen in the office. She is a vital member of the Thoracic Surgery team which includes nurses, physical therapist, respiratory therapist and case managers. She also functions as the Lung Cancer Navigator. The goal of the Lung Cancer Navigation Program at White Plains Hospital is to coordinate and expedite the care that is required when a patient is diagnosed or suspected of having a new lung cancer.
