About Your Insurance Coverage During Your Stay

Insurance plans such as Empire Blue Cross, Medicare, commercial insurance and Medicaid, will cover most of the costs of your hospitalization after your deductible is paid. You will be responsible for paying any deductible and charges not covered by your insurance as well as any television and telephone charges. If you have questions about your bill or your insurance coverage during your stay, contract the Credit Office at 914-681-1016.

Any questions concerning your bill should be directed to the Patient Accounts Department. This office is open from 8 am to 4 pm. Telephone inquires are welcome from 9 am until 4 pm.
