With Microsoft ™ HealthVault ® and Dell ™ PHR Link, you can store and share your personal health record (PHR) in a secure and confidential environment. HealthVault is a trusted place for people to organize, store and share health information online.
PHR Link securely transfers a summary of your medical records from your hospital visit with us to your HealthVault- helping you keep your medical records up to date and accurate.

At WPH, we believe it is important for patients to have access to their health records whenever they need them. By partnering with Dell™ PHR Link and Microsoft™ HealthVault®, we can provide patients access to their medical records, including medications, test results, allergies, diagnoses, procedures, conditions, etc., free of charge. Creating this free Personal Health Record (PHR) account allows you to securely store, organize, and share your health information online using your HealthVault account.
