White Plains, NY (March 4, 2011) -- March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month! In honor of that WPH is hosting a free speaking engagement - Everything You Need to Know about Gastrointestinal Cancer. The event will take place on Tuesday, March 29th from 1:00-4:30PM in the WPH Auditorium, and will feature presentations by a range of multidisciplinary Healthcare professionals, including physicians, surgeons, nurses, geneticists and nutritionists. Hear from leading oncology physicians and surgeons: Dr. Joshua Raff, Hematology/ Oncologist, Drs. Steven Landau & Charles Noyer, Gastroenterologists, Dr. Henry Lee, Radiation Oncologist and Dr. Mark Gordon, Surgeon. Other topics will include genetic testing, research, data and outcomes, along with nutrition options for cancer prevention and management.
