To provide exceptional medical care, a hospital needs
outstanding physicians and surgeons. Along with nurses,
technologists, and support staff, they form the bedrock
of any successful healthcare organization. White Plains
Hospital has been growing its ranks of physicians and
surgeons throughout the past several years, and today
offers the full breadth of medical and surgical specialties
for every patient. The hospital also benefits from a strong
team of hospitalists who specialize in the care of hospital-
ized patients, as well as robust relationships with leading
medical practices in the county.
In 2012, 14 physicians and surgeons joined
White Plains Hospital Physician Associates, expanding our
expertise to include family medicine, obstetrics/gynecology,
geriatrics, and cancer, endocrine, breast, bariatric (gastric
bypass), vascular, spine, orthopaedic, thoracic, and general
surgery. In 2013, there will be over 40 members of the
Physician Associates Division. All extremely accomplished
and skilled, these physicians have trained at some of the
finest medical institutions in the nation. They are equipped
with state-of-the-art technology and knowledge of the most
current practices in medicine, providing some of the highest
quality patient-centered care in the region.
