White Plains, NY- (May 28, 2013) – Volunteers are crucial members of the White Plains Hospital family, working directly with patients or assisting the professional staff to achieve the Hospital's mission of providing exceptional care, every day. Their gift of time brings immeasurable nurture and comfort to thousands of patients and their families each year.
White Plains Hospital volunteers were honored at the Annual Volunteer Luncheon held on May 14, 2013 at the Woman’s Club of White Plains. During 2012, over 500 volunteers donated 66,000 hours of service.
